Senior Product Manager, Marketing

Job Description:

The Senior Product Manager will lead the roll out of key non-personal marketing initiatives for Korlym’s Cushing syndrome indication and contribute to the long-term brand plan and life cycle management. In addition, this individual will support sales force effectiveness and targeting strategies. Additional near-term objectives will include KOL advocacy development and content for peer to peer programs.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of non-personal and speaker bureau marketing tactics to ensure brand objectives are met
  • Coordinate and communicate cross- to ensure alignment and support of the product strategy
  • Drive tactical execution of non-personal and speaker bureau marketing strategies to ensure product goals and corporate objectives are met
  • Ensure that all marketing activities are in compliance with medical, regulatory, and legal requirements, and provide brand direction/tools to the field
  • Cultivate relationships with thought leaders, key customers, and professional organizations
  • Oversee agency relationships and ensure that performance and spends are optimized
  • Travel required


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience
  • 3 years’ experience in brand management endocrinology and/or orphan drug experience a plus


Preferred Skills, Qualifications, or Technical Proficiencies:

  • Demonstrates expert-level command of traditional and non-traditional marketing channels including print and online
  • Experience with telemarketing initiatives desired
  • Ability to influence multiple internal cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong scientific/medical aptitude and experience
  • Vendor/agency background experience a plus
  • Field sales and/or Community Advocacy experience desired
